Nundle Woollen Mill uses machinery dating back to the 1914 and produces wool from the fleece all the way to the finished product. Visitors can stroll through and view the machinery working and see or buy a range of woollen fashions.

Mount Misery Gold Mine Cafe has a gold mine museum which shows you the history of the gold fields in the mid to late 1800’s. You can see the machinery they used, how they lived, news paper extracts and the gold they found or just relax and enjoy a coffee or something to eat.

Odgers & McClelland Exchange Store established in 1891, share in the proud history as purveyors of the finest in traditional housewares, kitchenware, fancy groceries and other hard to find items from buckets to butchers hooks, cordials to condiments.

Nundle Visitor Information Centre houses a rare gem and mineral collection, the work of Tamworth local Mr Gill Bennett who spent years collecting the unique and wondrous selection of fine stone and rock.

Peel River The Peel River gives you a variety of things to do from fossicking for alluvial gold, swimming, fishing or just take a stroll along the banks of the river.

Fossicking for Gold and Gems Nundle has a variety of fossicking from panning for alluvial in the local rivers and creeks, looking for crystals and other precious stones, gold detecting in the hills around Nundle and many more.

ARC-EN-Ciel Trout Farm set in the hills from Nundle you can fish for trout, go on a tour of the farm or buy their range of products to take home and sample.

Nundle Sport & Recreation Club offers a 9 holes golf course which every one is welcome to have a swing and lawn bowls which every one is welcome to have a roll. The Club has a bistro and bar area for every one to socialize in.

The Peel Inn has long history which can be seen on the walls and how it was won in a poker game which the family still run today. The Pub caters for everyone and all occasions.

Fishing Chaffey & Sheba Dams Chaffey dam is a for fishing, skiing and other water sports and Sheba dams is stocked with trout for fishing all year round.

The town comes alive when the Country Music Festival is on with live music and entertainment throughout the whole ten days.

February
Blackberry & Fruit picking brings people into Nundle to make their jams and blackberry pies.

March
Nundle’s Gourmet Picnic set in the grounds of the Woollen Mill and is a must with delicious gourmet food, a bottle of wine and relax listing to jazz music.

Annual Easter Nundle Go For Gold Chinese Festival
It is a celebration of the Chinese history in the mid 1800’s gold mining era with the Australian Yau Kung Mun Dragon & Lion Dancing Group from Sydney and colonial characters strolling the village to entertain the crowd. There are a wide variety of stall holders, Magician, Chinese and Australian food stalls, gold panning, gold mine museum and many more.

May
1st Sunday in May is the Great Nundle Dog Race which includes races and activities for a wide variety of dogs. It is a great day for the family.

July
Christmas in July sees Nundle’s dining venues put on a Christmas spreed for groups or couples who are staying in town.

October
Labour Day long weekend is a good time to visit Nundle with spring in full swing it is a good time to fossick, fish, explore and enjoy the area.

November
If you find yourself in town on Melbourne Cup Day there is the Peel Inn to put on your bets and Nundle Sport & Recreation Club which do a luncheon for the day.

The Nundle/Hanging Rock Westpac Rescue Helicopter fundraising group have an Event with a bike race called the Le Tour De Rock and a fun run/walk called the King of the rock and is a great day for every one to get involved.
